WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP?
- The first phase focuses on Idukki, hence you must belong to one of the parishes within the Idukki diocese,
- You must be from a financially backward family.
- You must be applying/currently attending a course above 10th grade.
HOW DO I APPLY?
You must fill in and submit the ICON scholarship form; along with the mark list, educational verification info, and letter of recommendation from your Vicar and other supporting documents.
The application forms are available from the following locations.

WHAT IF A PARTICULAR STUDENT IS NOT SELECTED FOR THIS YEAR'S SCHOLARSHIP?
- The student does not have to re-submit your application. We will consider the students application for all the years of the specific study.
- The student can provide us additional info such as mark list to qualify based on academic criteria or other criteria.
DO I HAVE TO RE-SUBMIT MY APPLICATION FOR NEXT YEAR, IF I GET SCHOLARSHIP THIS YEAR?
- You do not have to resubmit the application
- You must submit proof of your academic standing (such as mark list)
DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING AFTER MY COURSE IS COMPLETED IF I HAVE RECEIVED ASSISTANCE FROM REAP PROJECT?
- It's our dream to provide assistance to the maximum number of students as part of the project. This requires continuous availability of funds. While acknowledging the financial challenges of the applicants, one of the ways to increase the involvement of people in this project is by having the current beneficiaries of the project help other financially poor students at a later time when they are financially stable.
- We would appreciate and strongly encourage you to voluntarily donate a part of the benefits you received to the GRACE education account so that more students can be provided assistance in the future.
- One recommendation for the repayment would be to repay 40% of the amount he/she received in assistance after he/she gets a job according to the following schedule.

| 3rd year after getting the job | 10% |
| 4th year after getting the job | 10% |
| 5th year after getting the job | 15% |
The recipients can pay more if they prefer as it helps more students. In addition, they can file for a 1-year extension in case of financial burdens to start the repayment.
According this schedule, the applicant would not have to pay any amount until after ~4-5 years after receiving the assistance.
GRACE charity can decide the terms and tracking of the repayment.
