REAP 2009 Scholarships were distribution to 114 students on February 10, 2010 at Gathesemon Aramana, Idukki in a very simple function. This year, a total of INR 5,27,585 was distributed to students from financially backward families to realize their dream of higher education. The function was led by H. G. Mathews Mar Theodosius, Metropolitan of Idukki diocese. The key note speech was delivered by Dr. George Joseph (Association Secretary). The scholarships was distributed by H. G. The DOSTI-3 2009 Tuition Assistance and Library books were distributed to the school on Nov 27, 2009 at MGM School, Idukki by Rev. Zakariah Remban. DOSTI3 (Dream of School through Inform, Involve, Inspire) is a community development project, aimed at providing quality education to financially backward children. The project provides financial assistance to these underprivileged children as well as helps fund the target schools where these children are likely to attend. The Perunal of St. Geevarghese Mar Dionysius Vattasseril, the Malankara Sabha Bhasuran (The Great Luminary of the Malankara Orthodox Church) was celebrated at the Old Orthodox theological Seminary, Kottayam on February 23rd. These are the photos of the 2008 perunal. The perunal was led by H.H. Baselios Marthoma Didimos I and was assisted by other bishops.

Malankara Sabha Maha Sammelanam was held on November 16, 2008 at the St.Thomas Nagar, Mar Baselios College Grounds, Kottayam and saw one of the biggest gatherings of the church loving orthodox christians. The Rally was led by H.H, and was attended by bishops, bishop elects, clergy, students from Kottayam seminary, sisters from various institutions and people from each diocese (in alphabetical order). The speakers used the podioums to crush false propaganda and myths that are spread by various groups and societies. They used the occasion to educate the faithful of the true interpretations.

George Muthoot, Alexander Karakkal, Very Remban Thomas Paul and Smt. Priya Jacob. The words of each of the speakers was very much thought provoking.

MGM Public School, Chettukuzhy, Kochera PO, Idukki (DT), Kerala, today operates classes from KG to 8th grade. The photos capture a quick look at the facilites of the school today. With limited infrastructure, the class rooms are seperated with hard boards and do not have seperate rooms.The library has very few books and doesnot match up to the standards required to provide students the quality reading oppurtunities.
